1. Learn about clients business domain before meeting the interview panel. Be aware of the clients recent media and news releases.

2. Learn the protocol and dress-up in appropriate Business / Business Casual attire.

3. It is essential that the interviewee be knowledgeable and curious about the company and the project. Ask interviewers for relevant information about the company, department & their current project. If multiple interviewers are interviewing, reserve the questions for the last interviewers and ask the ones that has not been covered by other interviewers.

4. During the interview evaluate their technology/project challenges and try to eloborate how you have addressed similar challenges in the current and previous jobs.

5. You may be interviewing for a technical position, but make them feel that you value the business expertise as a critical component for the overall success of the project.

6. Build confidence in your abilities to make a positive & significant contribution to their environment without disrupting thier team and their high-level business objectives.

7. At the end of the interview, at an appropriate moment, let them know that you are very interested in their environment, project and the people and you would seriously consider taking this offer.
