Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

The Individual will have 2 or more years of Recruiting/Sales/Admin experience in consulting or a related environment. Experience in providing IT consultants to support IT solutions and staff augmentation opportunities to Fortune 1000 companies is a big plus. Candidate must have excellent communication skills including superior verbal & interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

1. BA/BS degree in Business/Management
2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience Recruiting/Sales/Admin.
3. Strong expertise in using Microsoft Office tools, Internet & email tools, contact management and other business productivity tools.
4. Strong client and customer focus.
5. Aggressive hunter mentality to make 60 outbound calls per day to qualify strong opportunities among client executives.
6. Comfortable interacting with executive management in Fortune 500 companies.
7. Strong personal & work ethics

Senior Business Analyst

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST to gather, develop, coordinate and maintain business requirements for projects for the airline business industry from initial phase to final implementation; Develop business and technical requirements, analysis documents and perform data process management; Design and develop business/technical objectives, mock-ups, gap analysis, process modeling and business process flow diagram in Microsoft office for software solutions; Design and develop USE cases and reporting tools to meet standard, analytical and ad-hoc reporting requirements of business objects users; Track and manage defects using Quality Center; Perform unit testing, systems testing and integrated testing of both codes and content.   Require: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering Management or a closely related field with one year of experience in the job offered or as a Management Analyst. The Employee Referral Program is open to all regularly employed staff. Kavi Software, Inc's Office of Human Resources staff is not eligible.

An Employee Referral Form may be obtained from the Office of Human Resources. Fill out the form or a copy of it. The applicants you refer must have this form attached to the resumes or applications that they submit to the Office of Human Resources. You cannot refer anyone who has already applied to the Office of Human Resources, who already works at Kavi Software, Inc., or anyone who has worked here within the last twelve months.

The hiring department will pay you a cash award of $ 500 (subject to taxes) if the person you referred is hired for the designated position and completes six months of continuous employment. You must be employed by Kavi Software, Inc. at that time to collect payment.
